HomeTick provides chore scheduling, household task reminders, and appliance maintenance tracking for personal and household use. You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
Core features are accessible without an account. If you choose to sync your data by signing in with Apple, Google, or Email, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You retain full ownership and rights to all task descriptions, notes, home names, and checklists entered into HomeTick. You may export or permanently delete your data at any time via the in-app settings.
HomeTick is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide reliable reminders and calculations, we do not warrant that notifications or maintenance schedules will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all appliance warranty specifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HomeTick and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
